Will Zoho Lock me in?

There are no mandatory long-term contract periods with Zoho – it is an open platform and any company is free to mix-and-match the software applications as necessary. 

Do I have to buy Zoho One for all my employees?

No company is compelled to take Zoho One, there is no ‘lock in’ and there are no contracts imposed. All customers have the choice and can buy whichever bundles makes more financial sense. Customers can buy bundles like CRM plus or individual products, with no conditions. 

A customer does not have to purchase a Zoho One license in certain instances – for example, where your field service technicians do not use computers.

What happens if I choose the wrong package?

Customers can upgrade to which ever package is most suitable, at any given time.

How is my data secured?

Zoho’s state-of-the-art security system protects and allows for controlled access, over all the software applications throughout your organization, ensuring your data security at different levels. With features such as encryption, audit logs, IP restrictions, and two-factor authentication, protect your data and allow only authorized users access to it.

What are the implications if I want to cancel?

There are no lock-ins and no mandatory contracts. Zoho CRM is different from many other software houses out there, where you do not need a upfront investment. You can pay-as-you-go and there are no large exit costs.

The data is yours, and you can export it as and when needed.
